During this busy season, I hope you can learn the S.T.O.P. method that is a part of your mindfulness practice.
S-Stop!
T-Take a conscious breath-feel this breath fully…totally experience it
O-Observe what is going on all around you and most importantly, how you are feeling inside of you.
P-Proceed and continue on with what you were doing or if it feels like you need to change things up, then do so right then and there.
